Recently, a batch of products from BOTON INDUSTRIAL SUPPLY CO., LTD. was prepared for shipment to Indonesia. Before shipment, CCIC (China Certification & Inspection Group) visited our factory to conduct an on-site inspection of the export order.
During the inspection, CCIC inspectors checked the products according to the requirements of the order and applicable inspection criteria. The inspection covered key items including product appearance, dimensions, quantity, and relevant quality documentation. Boton's production and quality teams worked closely with the inspectors throughout the process, providing the required product information and production records.
For this order, we did not consider production completion to be the final step in quality control. A third-party inspection was arranged to provide an additional check of the finished products before loading and shipment. For international orders, identifying and resolving any issues before the goods leave the factory is more efficient than dealing with them after shipment.
This is what we mean by "striving for excellence." Once the products are completed, we check the details again, address any issues found during inspection, and proceed with shipment only after the required checks have been completed.
Quality comes first. We take responsibility for every export shipment.
The CCIC inspection provided an independent quality check for this batch of products bound for Indonesia and helped prepare the order for the next stage of shipment.
From our factory to the customer overseas, quality control does not end when production is finished. Every export shipment should be checked carefully before it leaves China.
