Installation requirements for linear bearings

1. Before installation of linear bearings, burrs, dirt and surface scratches on the mechanical installation surface must be removed. The equipment will be coated with anti-rust oil. Please use cleaning oil to clean the base surface before installation. , Generally, the datum surface is prone to rust after removing anti-rust oil. It is recommended to use lubricating oil to coat the spindle with lower viscosity.
2. Place the linear bearing gently on the bed, and use lateral fixing screws or other fixing fixtures to make the linear rail and the lateral installation surface fit tightly. Before installation and use, make sure the screw holes are consistent. If the holes processed in the base are not consistent and the bolts are forcibly tightened, the assembly accuracy and use quality will be greatly affected.
3. Tighten the positioning screws of the linear bearing in order from the center to both sides to make the trajectory fit the vertical installation surface. Tightening from the center to the ends can achieve more stable accuracy. After the vertical datum plane is slightly tightened, the locking force of the lateral datum plane is strengthened so that the linear bearing can truly fit the lateral datum plane.
