If the wear is serious, it should be replaced. If the piston rod is worn, brush plating can be performed first, then grinding, and finally the matching accuracy of the piston rod and the guide sleeve can be adjusted. At this time, the guide sleeve can be appropriately reamed or the guide sleeve can be re-turned. When performing the above repairs, remember to replace various rubber seals in time.
2) When the piston rod is grooved or otherwise damaged, the electric flat car can be repaired by brush plating or welding repair. When repairing welding, first stabilize the piston rod, wash away the oil with acid water, and then bend a piece of copper plate (2 mm thick) into the required shape. The size and shape of the welding opening should be cut according to actual needs. Finally, use screws to clamp it on the piston rod, and the adjacent area must be blocked with insulating material before repair welding can begin. It must be ground after welding.
