1.2 gap type

Gap type bearings are the same size as standard type bearings. Since the outer casing has an axial groove, it can be installed on a bearing seat with adjustable inner diameter, so that it is easy to adjust the gap between the bearing and the shaft. This type of bearing can be adjusted to obtain a small radial clearance, thus ensuring that the bearing has a high radial working progress.

1.3 open type

The outer ring of the open type bearing has an opening equivalent to the width of the ball circuit of a row of steel balls. This kind of bearing can be used in the occasion where the shaft has been fixed on the support rod or support to prevent the shaft from bending. The clearance of this kind of bearing is also easy to adjust. When the linear shaft is long and the load is small, the use of open bearings not only solves the problem that the linear bearing is easy to bend, but also makes the structure light and compact.
