1. Before removing the piston rod, the hydraulic circuit should be depressurized. Otherwise, when the oil pipe joint connected to the oil cylinder is unscrewed, the high-pressure oil in the circuit will be quickly sprayed out. When the hydraulic circuit is decompressed, loosen the handwheel or pressure regulating screw at the relief valve, unload the pressure oil, then cut off the power supply or power source, and stop the hydraulic equipment.
2. When disassembling, avoid damage to the top thread of the piston rod, the thread of the oil port, the surface of the piston rod and the inner wall of the cylinder liner. In order to avoid bending or deformation of slender parts such as piston rods, they should be balanced with skids.
3. Dismantling should be carried out in order. Because the structure and size of various hydraulic cylinders are different, the disassembly sequence is also slightly different. Generally, the oil in the two chambers of the cylinder is drained first, and then the cylinder head, piston and piston rod are removed. When disassembling the cylinder cover of the hydraulic cylinder, use a tool to connect the card key or the snap ring with the inner card key, and do not dig; the flange cover must be pushed out with screws, and hammering or hard prying is not allowed. When the piston and piston rod are difficult to pull out, they should not be pulled out forcibly, and the reason should be found out before disassembly.
4. Before and after unloading, try to create conditions to prevent the parts of the hydraulic cylinder from being polluted by surrounding dust and impurities. For example, disassembly should be done in a clean environment as much as possible; after disassembly, all parts should be covered with plastic sheets, not cotton or other work cloths.
5. After disassembling the cylinder, check carefully to confirm which parts can be used continuously, which parts can be used again after repair, and which parts must be replaced.
