4. The pre-tightening force of the nut of the piston rod is too large, resulting in serious yield and deformation of the piston rod, and the number of times the piston rod is subjected to alternating gas will increase accordingly, eventually causing damage to the piston rod.
5. When the thread of the piston rod is being turned, the bottom angle of the thread is too small, and a larger fillet should be used, resulting in the phenomenon of straight angles, and eventually greater stress and damage.
6. Because the pre-tightening force between the piston rod and the nut is too small, the piston will be affected by the gas force, causing the piston rod to rotate, and the nut of the piston rod will become loose.
